Selective mutism, a social anxiety disorder, so I hardly dare to speak in social situations, where it is expected. I have periods when I have more problems and sometimes periods that I have less problems. I followed a normal course. I've been living for 10 years myself and have it hardly bothered by my disability. Sometimes alone, but generally will be fine. Besides my selective mutism, I also have type 1 diabetes. Did this since 1995. Here I have little trouble. Provided I have a good balance between work, exercise and nutrition. I have had many treatments in the past. But a lot of improvement did not really on. Sometimes even just more stress. Makes me feel really was correct. Worse I am therefore only stopped this and then I go to work, which eventually yielded the easiest paid jobs through employment agencies, and I have worked for 6 years and have barely had problems with my limitations. However, early this very patient and adaptations of colleagues and other people in my area. Making it even worse was it last. After it finally stopped going to work and actually even in the last period when I still worked. I have contacted a reintegration agency. Where I currently still get assistance in finding a suitable paying job. At the moment, it does well. I have fun working with horses
