The transabdominal pelvic ultrasound, identifies large cystic image on the right adnexal region, about 14cm in diameter, containing thick septa and solid picture inside, compatible with ovarian cancer. Cyst peritoneal inclusion occurs in cases of ovarian adjacent peritoneal adhesions that produces secretions are trapped in these adhesions and cause the formation of large cystic structures, which end surrounding the ovary. It is precisely this characteristic that distinguishes the truly ovarian cysts: in cases of peritoneal inclusion cysts of the ovary has the normal sonographic appearance. Often the existence of a net content with tiny echogenic raskaus images suspension, suggestive of liquid denser than usual (hemorrhagic or proteinaceous). The clinical history of the patient raskaus shown is not typical. Generally, patients have a history of pelvic surgery or trauma, which does not happen with the patient. Possibly an inflammatory / infectious involvement prior (DIP) may have been the predisposing factor in this case.

Guys, I'm 41 years old and today (20/06) that are 10 days removed raskaus my cyst. It was 20x12x16 cm, and about 2 liters of liquid inside.
