For this occasion I wanted to prepare a dish of traditional French cuisine that is very comforting for the cold. * Drain the lentils in a bowl, reserving liquid cooking later use to correct texture if left too thick cream. Discard the vegetables and herbs.
* Season the steaks generously foie gras and pass lightly in flour. Brown in a very hot pan and drain briefly on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Clasicazo !!! At home is also made with chickpeas and I recommend you try it because it is also very good. The version of lentils instead a1c was skipping.
