Callanetics is called a low impact fitness workout to music that focuses on increasing the basic tension in your muscles. The main goal Callanetics has therefore figure correction. Low impact is to say that the training consists mainly of floor exercises and not from conditional jump shapes. Low impact does not mean that there is little results are achieved. Callanetics is muscle dlife strengthening and training as indeed intensive.
